长链非编码RNA HOTAIR在细胞增殖中的作用机制

AbstractHOTAIR全称HOX转录反义RNA(HOX transcript antisense RNA),是首条被发现以反式作用调控基因表达的长链非编码RNA(lnc RNA)。HOTAIR在多种癌细胞和肿瘤组织中都呈现高表达。HOTAIR的高表达能促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力,而细胞的无限增殖与癌症的发生发展密切相关。现将论述HOTAIR的发现、结构、功能,并将针对HOTAIR对细胞增殖的影响及其作用机制进行综述。
