Abstract

本发明公开了一种提高硝基苯降解菌降解能力的固定化方法,其步骤:1)硝基苯降解菌接入LB培养基中扩大培养,离心获得菌株;2)用海藻酸钠‑聚乙烯醇‑火山岩包埋获得固定化的硝基苯降解菌小球;3)活化固定化小球:将硝基苯降解菌小球从冰箱中取出,无机盐培养基洗涤,并浸泡在无机盐培养基中,曝气以活化固定化小球;4)固定化降解菌的降解性能研究:将固定化小球置于不同理化条件及不同底物浓度的硝基苯溶液中,进行硝基苯降解研究。该发明具有工艺简单、生产成本低、易于在工业上应用、提高菌株降解能力、稳定性较好及使用寿命长等优点。
