Abstract

本发明提供了一种构建原位水生态实验环境的方法,包括如下步骤:搭建由立杆和网状支架构成的支撑平台,将立杆的下端插入水底的泥土中,网状支架位于水面上方,在各围隔的顶部安装扣带、中部安装连接线、底部安装石笼,将各围隔通过扣带与网状支架连接,围隔隔离围隔内的水体与围隔外的水体,将石笼埋入水底的泥层中,在围隔的底部安装地锚桩,通过连接线将各围隔连接为一体;本发明先固定围隔上部、确定实验区域,然后将位置确定的各围隔放入水体中固定底部,最后连接各围隔,过程中对水体扰动小,保证围隔内部的原位水生态环境,所得结果能较好地反映自然生态系统的真实状况,多个围隔形成围隔群,各围隔之间形成对照实验,可获得多组实验数据。
