Abstract

本发明公开了一种富营养化水体表层污染底泥高效改良剂及其制备方法,涉及污染底泥改良剂。本改良剂本主要组分:铁矿物8~15;粘土矿物30~40;石英粉25~30;附加组分主要组分之和的重量百分比为:活化剂5~8;粘合剂1~5;填充剂5~10。本方法是:①按比例称取主要组分置于反应釜中搅拌,加入活化剂,常温下反应6‑8小时;②反应物呈糊状;③移出糊状物,加入粘合剂和填充剂,进行造粒;④潮湿粒状物在50~60℃下干燥;⑤打磨干燥物,包装入库;⑥废料与糊状物混合,再造粒。本发明采用添加调配,保证了有效成份的合理配比;生产工艺简单;制备过程无“三废”产生;产品应用工艺简单;有效满足了富营养化水体表层污染底泥治理与修复的迫切需要。
