Abstract

雨生红球藻破壁及虾青素提取方法,其包括如下步骤:S1:将雨生红球藻粉与浓硫酸‑醇体系混合均匀,在30~70℃条件下搅拌,破壁达到一预定时长,得到含破壁雨生红球藻的醇溶液;S2:向S1步骤得到的含破壁雨生红球藻的醇溶液加入萃取溶剂,在30~70℃条件搅拌提取,分层,浓缩上清液,得含虾青素的提取物。本方法破壁及提取温度均较低,反应条件温和,减少虾青素的损失,粗提物中虾青素含量可高达10%左右,故可降低后续纯化难度有利于虾青素的商品化。本发明的方法操作步骤相对现有方法更简化,试剂种类及用量更少,故可降低能耗及综合成本。
