Abstract<正> 纤细裸藻( Euglena gracilis)及其杆状变种叶绿体对多种化学和物理因子敏感,如紫外线、持续高温、链霉素等都可能诱导藻株的可逆或不可逆退色,质体DNA完全或部分丢失。利用Ofloxacin处理获得了纤细裸藻和中型裸藻(E.intermedia)无叶绿体突变株。经一年多时间的连续传代未发现回复现象。光照条件下,液体培养基中生长的白色突变株和野生型代时分别为23和24 h,无显著差别。整细胞吸收光谱测定和
