Abstract<正> 微量热技术在生命科学中具有广阔的应用前景;可应用到生命科学研究的每一个领域;可获得许多生物学方法无法得到的信息;有助于新发现和揭示新的规律。用精密执导式热量计Lkb-2277生物活性检测系统测定了犁形四膜虫在25℃时的生长代谢。由生长产热曲线;建立了生长代谢的热动力学方程:
