盐胁迫对微鞘藻胞外聚合物和糖类代谢的影响

Abstract<正> 摘要 微鞘藻是荒漠生境中藻类结皮的优势物种之一;在土壤的原始演替和成土作用中有着重要的作用。文章研究了微鞘藻在 NaCl胁迫下胞外聚合物( Extracellular polymeric substances;EPS)和胞内糖份的变化及相关的生理特性;阐明了糖类在盐胁迫中的作用。利用透析作用把EPS分为总糖和胞外多糖(exopolysaccharide)两部分;发现胞外总糖、多糖和蛋白质的含量随微鞘藻的生长期而增长;并在稳定期达到最大;而盐胁迫抑制了藻细胞的生长;但有利于胞外糖类的积累。不同浓度的盐处理表明;胞外总糖和多糖的浓度随盐浓度的升高而升
