Abstract<正> 金属硫蛋白(Metallothionein,简称MT)是一类广泛存在于生物体内的低分子量、富含Cys能被金属诱导的金属结合蛋白。有关原生动物金属硫蛋白的研究仅限于梨形四膜虫复合种,在镉离子的诱导下,Tetrahymena pyriformis和Tetrahymena pigmentosa都产生MT1亚型的金属硫蛋白,它是由107个氨基酸组成,其中31个为Cys,这些Cys除了具有MT1的特征性结构域Cys—Cys—Cys和Cys—X—Cys以
