二苯并呋喃的微生物降解

Abstract多氯代二苯并二恶英和多氯代二苯并呋喃是全球性污染物;该类污染物毒性大;在环境中持久存在。尽管现在已开发了一些物理和化学方法处理焚烧炉灰尘和污染土壤中的二恶英;但这些方法不足以修复二恶英污染的自然环境;如大量的土地;河流;湿地等。因此;生物修复将有广阔的前景。尽管非卤代二苯并呋喃(DF)比卤代形式毒性更低;但非卤代和低卤代二苯并呋喃和二苯并二恶英(DD)的好氧生物降解在处理高卤代DDs和DFs时依然是重要的。本研究通过分离和筛选;分离了一株降解DF的细菌。该菌在好氧条件下能以DF作为唯一碳源和能源生长;生成多种胞外代谢物。其主要产物有水杨酸;龙胆酸等。经过5天培养;100mg/L的DF可完全降解。
