Abstract<正>水中溶解氧是鱼类生长和生存的重要环境条件。水中溶解氧减少可直接对鱼类造成影响, 轻则影响摄食、生长和生殖,重则导致内分泌紊乱,免疫力下降,甚至死亡。同时,集约化高密度养殖依靠施肥给饵和密度轮养等养殖方式,致使大量的鱼类粪便、食物残渣和死亡的动植物排入水中,导致饲养水体有机物不断沉积,水中溶氧减少。这一切使厌氧性细菌大量繁殖, 引起有机物质发酵,产生许多有害物质如:有机酸、H2s、n2、co2等,从而加重低氧对鱼类的危害,更为严重的是在低氧条件下,致病菌大量繁殖,导致鱼类大面积流行病的爆发.
