杂交鲫(Hybrid Carp)对~(14)C标志的五氯苯酚吸收、排除及分配研究

Abstract研究了杂交鲫(Hybrid Carp)对水中14C标志的五氯苯酚(14C-PCP)的摄取,在肝、胆、心、肾、肌肉等10 种组织和器官内的分布,及向清水释放的规律。试验是在两种水温(3和25℃)下进行,14C-PCP在水中浓度 0.05mg/L放射比活300dpm/mL左右,鱼体各组织、器官及水溶液中PCP含量用液体闪烁计数器分析.试验结果表明:鱼体吸收水中的PCP十分迅速.除了胆囊外,大部分组织达到最高积累量在3和25℃下分别为24和3h.经过48h清水排除试验.大部分组织和器官内PCP残留量下降超过或接近90%;3℃下胆囊下降最低为24.96%.胆囊的功能好像一个贮存器.试验鱼在含PCP的水中暴露48h.胆的积累系数(BCF)高达11365。PCP残留水平是受水和鱼体内PCP浓度的分配平衡控制的.鱼体主要是通过鳃吸收水中PCP.大约占总吸收量80%.
