Abstract<正>随着富营养化的加剧;湖泊生产力的增强;生物量增加;光合作用加剧;更多的碳被埋藏在沉积物中去。在云贵高原湖泊中广泛存在碱度由沉积物向上覆水扩散的现象。环境酸碱度会改变营养物质的存在形式和溶解度;影响藻细胞对营养物质的吸收利用。大多自然水体碱度为2.0~2.5mmol/L。滇池碱度范围为0.7~2.2 mmol/L。在这种环境条件下生长的蓝藻
