Abstract本文根据1978-1990年从长江中收到的江豚胎幼儿标本和雄性性腺材料,初步研究了江豚的胚胎发育和精巢的组织学特征。江豚胎儿的形态发生清楚地反映了鲸类由陆生到水生的演化过程。通过对18头江豚胎儿进行统计推断,结果表明:江豚胎儿体长与体重之间的关系为:W = 0.0305L~(2.7983);江豚胎儿的生长速度为9.1cm/月(0.303cm/天);交配发生在5-8月,妊娠期约为9.4个月,分娩为每年的3-5月。江豚精巢重与体长之间遵循下列关系:Y = -2.4092+0.1189X(胎儿)Y = 0.0170e~(0.0806X)(出生后)(X代表体长Y代表精巢重)雄性江豚体长达140cm时精巢明显增大,组织学检查指出,衰老的精巢其生精小管明显萎缩、组织纤维化和白腊增厚,雄性生殖衰老的体长约为169cm,年龄为14龄。此外,本文还描述了江豚精子的超微结构。从繁殖生物学角度重点讨论了长江江豚的种群现2状。
Other AbstractBased on the specimens of foetuses and testes collected from the Changjiang River since 1978, some characteristics about the embryonic development and the histological structures of testis in Neophocaena phocaenoides were studied preliminarily. Morphogenesis in the foetuses of Neophocaena phocaenoides distinctly displayed the evolutive process in cetacean from terrestrial animal to aquatic animal. Statistical results of 18 foetuses indicat that: the relationship between foetal weight and length is represented by W=0.0305L~(2.7983), the growth rate of foetus is about 9.1cm/month (0.303cm/day), mating takes place from May to August, the gestation period is about 9.4 months, parturition time is from march to April per year. The relationships between testis weight and body length are as follows: Y=-2.4092 + 0.1189X (foetus) Y=0.0170e~(0.0606X) (postnatal) Testes enlarge significantly when males attain 140cm of body length. Histological examination indicated that senescent testes were characterized by shrunk seminiferous tubule, fibrotic tissue and thicker tunica albuginea. Male propoises are reproductive senescence at about 169cm or 14 years old. In addition, the ultrastructure of sperm of Neophocaena phocaenoides is discribed. The population status of Neophocaena phocaenoides in the Changjiang River was discussed chiefly from the angles of reproductive biology.
