Abstract本文调查了武汉和洪湖的鱼类寄生线虫,检查鱼类38种431尾(武汉35种315尾,洪湖19种116尾),共发现鱼类寄生线虫28种(武汉26种,洪湖10种)。其中,鳜鱼毛细线虫(Capillariasinipercae n.sp.)和洪湖毛细线虫(Capillaria honghuensisn.sp.)是两新种,黄颡旋驼形线虫(Spirocamallanus fuldraconis n.comb.)和鲶旋驼形线虫(Spirocamallanus parasiluri n.comb.)是两新组合,契氏斯线虫(Skrjabillanus schigini)。贝氏线虫未定种(Buckleyalla sp.)为国内首次报道。作者还对两个地区的鱼类寄生线虫的种类组成情况进行了分析。
Other AbstractThe parasitic nematodes of fishes in Wuhan and Honghu were investigated from Semptember 1986 to June 1988. Thirty five species of fishes (315 inviduals) were examined Wuhan and twenty six species of nematodes were collected. Nineteen species of fishes were examined in Honghu and ten species of nema odes were collected. Among twenty eight species of nematodes, there are two new species, two new combinations and three new locality records in China. 2. Capillaria sinipercae n.sp. parasitized in the stomach and intestine of Siiperca chuatsi in Wuhan, with the much longer anterior part of body, body length, charactors of spicule and spicule sheath differs from other species of the genus. Male: body length 5.21-6.44 mm, body width ?? the base of oesophgus 0.025-0.031 mm, maxmum width of posterior body 0.028-0.033 mm. Oesophagus 4.06-5.39 mm long, posterior part of the body 0.97-1.28 mm long. The ratio of anterior and poster or part of the body 3.54-5.12:1. Spicules 0.256-0.338 mm long, spicuse sheaths 0.341-0.600 mm long and 0.009-0.012 mm wide. Female: Body length 0.34-0.19 mm, body width in the base of oesop agns 0.027-0.033 mm, maxmum width of posterior body 0.033-0.0 . Ceson agus 4.13-5. 8 mm long, posterior part at the body 2.21-3.86 mm long. The ratio of anterior and posterior part of the body 1.46-2.13:1. Eggs elliptic in shape, with two polar plus. Egg wall smooth. Eggs measured 45-56 um X 20-28 mm. Holotype (♂), allotype (♀), paratype 3 ♂♂ and 7 ♀♀ are deposited in Institute of Hydrobiology. Academia Sinioa. 3. Capillaris honguensis n. sp. parasitized in the intestine or Mastacembelus aculea us in Honghu Lake, with the presence of two large papillae in the male tail, the larger and longer eggs, the atio of anterior and posterior part of the body and other charactors differ from other species of the genus. Male: Body length 3.55 mm, body width in the base of oesophagus 0.038mm, maxmum width of posterior body 0.045 mm. Oesophagus 1.84 mm long, posterior part of the body 1.70 mm long. The ratio of anterior and posterior part of the body is 1:0.92. Female: Body length 8.49 mm, body width in the base of oesophagus 0.048 mm, maxmum width of posterior body 0.091 mm. Oesophagus 3.14 mm long, posterior part of the body 5.36 mm long. The ratio of the anterior and posterior part of the body is 1:1.70. Eggs larger than that of most species of genus Capillaria, elliptic in shape, with polar plugs, length is more than two times of width. Eggs measured 74-87 um x 36-40 um. Hollotype (♂), allotype (♀) are deposited in Institute of Hydrobiology, Academia Sinica. 4. Conci Spirocamallanus fulvidraconis n.comb. Spirocamallanus parasiluri n. comb. which previously in the genus Procamallanus Baylis possessing spiral libs in buccal capsule, the author transfers them to genus Spirocamallanus Olsen. 5. Skrjabillanus Schigini parasitized in the abdominal cavity of Ctnopharyngodon idellus, which was previously reported in Russia and Europe, is first record in China. 6. Philometra sp.1 parasitized in the kidney of Ophiocephalus argus in Wuhan, with the special parasitic position, minute protrudings of the culticles, the slenger body, clear large somatic muscular cells and other charactors differ from other species of the genus. Philometra sp. 2 parasitized in abdominal cavity of Monopterus albus was collected in Wuhan. Because of no male specimens for the above two species, the author didn't identify these two species. 7. Genus philometroides Yamaguti and Buckleyella Rasheed both belong to family Philometridae are first reported in China. 8. Capillaria pseudorasborae, Pingis sinensis, Spirocamallanus fulvidraconis, Camallanus cotti, Philometra fujimotoi, Philometroides carassii and so on are the dominant species of fish parasitic nematodes in Wuhan region. Spinitectus gigi, Spirocamallanus fulvidraconis and Camallanus zacconis are the dominant species of fish parasic nematodes in Honghu Lake.
