Abstract本发明公开了一种用于测量水深变化影响的方法及装置,首先准备两份相同的样品,测得初始值;其次是向压力罐中加入蒸馏水,将样品放入压力罐内;对照样放入遮光容器内;第三是加上塑料夹垫,盖上罐盖;第四是向容器内加气;第五是取样,测量在不同的时间水深的影响;最后是取出样品及对照样,测得最终值。该装置包括氮气瓶、无锈钢细管、放气阀,氮气瓶连接减压表,无锈钢细管连接进气孔,三夹夹头固定在桌子上,三夹夹头将压力罐罐体固定,压力罐罐盖与压力罐罐体连接。本发明方法简单,操作方便,能够准确测量水体、沉积物-水界面及沉积物中元素的迁移转化和微生物受到水深变化的影响,装置结构简单,测定方便。
