固氮蓝藻的干燥保存试验

Abstract<正> 藻种或菌种的保存方法,在实验室中,一般是采用接种在固体培养基上,在较低的温度下进行保存,并需要经常进行移种培养;在生产上,固氮细菌一般是采用泥炭土等为基体混合保存,作为商品细菌肥料,体积重量都很大而所含的细菌数量有限,增加了运输上的困难。在肯定了固氮蓝藻对水稻有一定的肥效,并开始进行田间肥效试验以后,如何保存和运输蓝藻藻种也成为一个需要解决的问题。在日本,最初是采用航空运输培养液的方法,
